2D Chance Inc., is a private, not for profit 501 (c) 3 corporation located in central Las Vegas. We are affiliated and partnered with other medical entities that can address any illness through a referral. This truly makes us a 1 stop shop for Mental and Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Treatment.
Our experience enables us to offer effective Outpatient, Individualized, Behavioral, and Psychological Care. We treat a number of Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Agency (SAPTA) related health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
We use the Cognitive Behavior or the Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) model of Addiction and Substance Abuse recovery with an emphasis on relapse prevention, education, and social support groups, combined with individual and group counseling and testing to motivate participants for enduring change. Our Modality is MRT.

Correctional Counseling Institute's (CCI), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is our Modility. Behavioral and Mental Health clients undergo a Comprehensive Assessment with our Clinical Director (LCSW) or one of our network Clinicians to diagnose their respective illness(es). After which, a Master Treatment Plan (MTP) is developed with the client and treatment begins. Client therapy sessions usually last 60-90 minutes on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. This can be accomplished during Individual, Couple, Group, or Family Sessions.
Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Master of Social Workers (MSWs) use Psychosocial Rehabilitative Therapy (PSR) or talk therapy to help patients develop coping and other specific skills they can use for the rest of their life to restructure and change unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Our Case Managers not only manage your treatment plans but also provide routine follow-up or aftercare services at 30, 60, 90, 180, and 360 days to ensure compliance.
Through our partners, we assist our clients to remove, seal or expunge their records of minor marijuana infractions or convictions, in light of the changing criminal codes.
We provide Basic Skills Training (BST) and Basic Life Skills (BLS) for those who need to update their resume, interview skills, or Basic Life Skills are taught to allow clients to catch up on the societal, generational, and community changes of Las Vegas. We also provide Basic Financial Management or Money Management Training, everything from Balancing a Check Book, Opening a Bank Account to Credit Cards purchases.
Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Masters of Social Worker (MSWs), MRT Facilitators, and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADCs) work with patients to develop recovery plans and after-care strategies for Anger Management, and a range of Addiction/Substance Abuse, including Alcohol, DUI, Opioids, and Gambling.
We provide basic Navigation Services in Southern Nevada through our partner Social Services Organizations to ensure our clients/patients can focus on their recovery.
