Mr. Daymon has spent his entire adult life in the service of others, he has spent the last 5 years in Medical/Healthcare leadership. He believes that the United States is the richest and most prosperous country in the world and should provide medical and health care to/for all its citizens. He also sees Health Care and Mental Health as the 2 biggest challenges facing the United States now and well into the near future. Furthermore, he feels that Health Care is a basic right for all Citizens. 2D Chance is just another opportunity for him to make an impact on the vulnerable (Disadvantaged, Homeless, Underserved, Veteran, Senior, and Shadow) communities of Southern Nevada.

Roosevelt Daymon III holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He has held a variety of positions in the Medical Industry, including Operations Manager. His most recent position was that of a Commercial Building Inspector at Factory Os located in San Francisco, CA.
Gilma Polanco-Estrada has held a variety of supervisory positions ranging from Construction Manager to Walmart, Lead Pharmacy Technician. Her most recent position was that as Front End Associate at Walmart here in sunny, Las Vegas.
Maiya Collins is a part-time employee and student at the College of Southern Nevada.

Lori Kearse is a contracted Primary Substance Abuse Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapy, Intern. She has over 28 years of clinical experience treating Substance Abuse Disorders with Juveniles, Adults, Families, and Couples in a variety of treatment settings and over ten years of administrative experience. Lori received her Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Recreation Management from the University of Frostburg in Maryland and earned a second Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Northcentral University in 2018. In 2003, Lori created a statewide Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program for DUI Offenders. In 2004, Lori created a Therapeutic Program while working for the Nevada Department of Corrections, called “Pups on Parole”, for Female Residents. The program was featured on the television show, “The Dog Whisperer, with Cesar Millan, and People Magazine, and gained international media attention. The Program is still in operation today. Lori is an innovative, creative therapist with a rich clinical background in Addictions, Mental Health, and Recreation Therapy that she utilizes to inspire co-workers and clients she is working with. Her approach to treatment is Compassionate, Direct, Creative, and Incorporates a variety of Evidence-Based Methodologies.
Tara Johns is a contracted Substance Abuse Counselor. She has more than 5 years of clinical experience treating Substance Abuse Disorders with Juveniles, Adults, Families, and Couples in a variety of treatment settings. Tara received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, with a minor in Drug and Alcohol Addiction Counseling from Nevada State College in 2019.
